Project Description

Pullman is one of 12 key commercial corridors in the 10 communities – the “front doors” to the neighborhoods – that INVEST South/West program collectively supports through infrastructure development.  Following the recommendations in the Positioning Pullman Plan and the Pullman Transportation Plan, and feedback received from the community, 111th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue in the Pullman neighborhood will be upgraded with many new features.

The scope of this CDOT-led project includes streetscape improvements on 111th Street between Martin Luther King Drive and S. Doty Avenue and Cottage Grove Avenue, 108th Street to 111th Street. The project will provide safe, walkable, and attractive streets that will foster community and economic growth through infrastructure and safety upgrades.
