Design Area: North Avenue from Kostner Avenue to Kedzie Avenue

The scope of this CDOT-led project includes streetscape improvements on North Avenue from Kostner Avenue to Kedzie Avenue. The project will provide safe, walkable, attractive streets that foster community and economic growth.  This effort will support the City’s initiative to re-activate neighborhood cores that have historically served as focal points for pedestrian activity, shopping, services, transportation, public spaces, and quality-of-life amenities for local residents.
