Project Description
People Plaza Initiative that removed a short stretch of Woodard Street between Kimball and Milwaukee Avenue to create a large community plaza space.  Improvements include new sidewalks, precast plinths for seating/events, stage area with outlets, steel runnels to capture stormwater, infiltration planters, landscaping, and trees.
