Project Description
Improvements include new sidewalks, curb and gutter, lighting, landscaping, road reconstructions, ComEd line burial, and various pedestrian and placemaking elements. These streetscape and placemaking improvements will provide the needed infrastructure repairs and elements to support and envisioned Motor Row corridor as an Entertainment District.

Michigan Ave – Construction started April 6, 2020.
